Our delivery options, rates and estimated turnaround times are outlined below.

Republic of Ireland

Standard Delivery - via Courier (under 25KG), Monday – Friday
COST: €6.99
TIMEFRAME: 1-2 Business Days. If a product is out of stock, delivery can take up to 10 days. We will notify customers should this occur.

Bulky/Pallet Delivery (Over 25KG)
COST: €50.00
TIMEFRAME: 5 – 7 working days.

Northern Ireland

Standard Delivery - via Courier (under 25KG), Monday – Friday
COST: €6.99
TIMEFRAME: 1-2 Business Days

Free Delivery is available for Standard Delivery - via courier orders to Republic of Ireland (Monday-Friday) where the order value is greater than €100.

Bulky delivery surcharges may apply, depending on delivery location and product ordered. Clifford Electrical customer service will contact you, should such a charge be applicable.

Accepting Orders

All our orders are dispatched with licensed couriers and require a signature to confirm receipt. We request that customer inspect orders upon receipt to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Online Returns Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from cliffords.ie. If for whatever reason you are not, we are happy to assist you with your return. See information regarding our returns criteria below.

Notification:

If you ordered through our website, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. Please contact us via email lighthouse@cliffords.ie or call us on 071-9160840 and we will aim to help you with your return as quickly and as smoothly as possible Once notified, all items must be returned to our store, from there we will begin to process your return. Please include your name, invoice number and date of order when contacting us.

Stock Condition:

Any items returned to us must remain fit for resale in the following criteria;

In it's original packaging/box along with any necessary assembly materials, instructions or added components originally supplied with the product.
Unused
Free from any marks, scratches, dents.

Non-Returnable Stock

There are certain products we will NOT be able to accept:

Products that are non-stock items and special order.
Have been previously installed and used.
Custom made bespoke project items, e.g LED strip assemblies
Products that are end of line, have been reduced to clearance sale.

Return Costs

If you return a product due to change of mind or because it didn't suit, the cost of returning the order will be your responsibility. We would advise trying to use a reliable courier/postal service that is able to be tracked, as the product remains your responsibility until received by us.

If your product arrives faulty or we have made an error in preparing your order, we will look after this process, we will resolve this issue as smoothly and as quickly as possible. Please include explanation along with necessary photographs when contacting us.

Service Related Charges

Please note that we do not subsidise costs associated with installation or assistance from other services such as electricians etc. We encourage customers to double check their items before organising installation.

Refunds

Once we have received and are satisfied with your items, we will process a refund to your desired card. Please note that this can take up to 10 days to appear on bank statement.
